e-mail at kaivolan.tila@nic.fi.

When e-mailing your order, give your address and number of products You want. Please mention also whether You want the products as natural, with wood tar or with health peat. For Goat milk cream, please state also if You want a 50 ml or 140 ml container.

Inside Finland, the products will be sent either COD or against payment in advance. To other countries, we deliver only at advance payment. After receiving your order, we send You an invoice (.PDF) The products will be sent by mail afterwards, when we have received your payment on our bank account.

The postage will always be added in the invoice, at the rate valid upon time of delivery. As the postage rates vary depending on the weight of the parcel and on the country of destiny, it is not possible to give the rates here.
